The old New England Life Insurance Building is now known as The Newbry. These four dioramas (only two are pictured in this posting) are located in the lobby but on the Newbury Street side of the building. These dioramas were commissioned in 1863 and created by Sarah Ann Rockwell. Backdrops were painted by Henry Brooks.
