Easy to find as there are now so many Harbor Freight stores around. I especially liked the fact that the five different color shrink tubing pieces come with a reusable plastic case. Price was $3.99. The price paid was almost the cost of the neat carry case so in a sense, the tubing was gratis.
This product was bought as part of my project to illuminate the water tunnel access tunnel on my Fn3 (1:20.3 scale) layout.
