Photographer Unknown Visit Built in 00 scale, this is a layout that promotes the idea that everyone has room for layout. It is covered extensively in YouTube videos. Paul Allen's master work features a hidden CCTV camera; notice the video screen perched above the layout in the above photograph. It has been featured in Model Rail and Hornby magazines.
