Project Lou's Cafe - MIG Rainmarks

Project

these are two O scale false fronts that I

  1. Cut down both Lou’s Café Item 75 and Bill’s Place Item 72 both by OGR to two-stories each
  1. Covered all brick with v-groove Evergreen with plastic cement to simulate wood; scored to simulate boards
  1. Scratch-built
  1. side walls with v-groove Evergreen styrene on a plain styrene base and
  1. interior walls
  1. interior floors
  1. window glazing and
  1. styrene roof and
  1. styrene and wood supports for photos of interiors
  1. raised seam canopies/awnings over the sidewalk made of Evergreen raised seam styrene (seams are attached separately
  1. window signs printed on full sheet label paper (from the internet) – sized and trimmed and adhered to outside of windows
  1. Painted all with various paints
  1. Added rain marks with MIG Item No. P417 75ml n the black sidewalk canopy - looks good in my estimation.

For my storefront I purchased from Plaza Artist Materials in Fairfax
