Nice shelf in the corner of this layout which allows for waybill storage. My own preference would be for a somewhat deeper fascia and to paint the valance.
Notice that the ceiling is either very low or we are observing a very tall operator. Given the height of this benchwork, I suspect we are seeing a basement whose finished ceiling imparted in very little ceiling height.
