The Melbridge Box Company
Here we see perhaps the tiniest of model railroads, yet it works because of the addition of two fiddle yards. As small as this narrow-gauge layout is, its builder did not omit some explanatory material (text and photo) to explain what he was striving for - or as I would say it "telling a story".
This layout was built as part of the Double O Gauge Assocation Boxfile Challenge. The builder can be reached at phil@pagenumberone.co.uk
Notice that while in a small space it lacks nothing. Included are a vehicle and figures to provide the visitor a sense of scale; six structures (all false front to varied degrees), scenery; two turnouts in the scenicked area; and fiddle yards.
Once again, we have a layout that puts a lie to the excuse that "I don't have room for a layout".
