Here is the NTE 54-500 rocker switch that will control the LEDs. It is a ON-NONE-OFF Round Hole Rocker 10A, 124VAC SPST 18.2 mm Mounting Hole. Purchased at Microcenter for $ 2.49.

Here is the first step in illuminating my water tunnel - a 12 foot long extension cord from my power strip to the area of the tunnel.

 
I purchased these helping hands to help me with my soldering.


Like most folks, I had a few power supplies laying around the house, I used this one by first clipping off the plug.
