The artists walking among the modeled buildings give viewers a sense of the large size of some of these models. This is a diorama constructed in the 1940s to depict Rochester, New York as it appeared in 1838. This diorama located at the Rochester Museum is being restored by Aaron Delehanty of Spencerport, New York www.aarondelehanty.com. Aaron led a team of artists in this endeavor.
