Based on a
photo found on the internet identifying this as a pump house on Oahu
Project
Oahu Sugar
Company, as were most if not all sugar plantations, was heavily reliant on pumped water to crop its sugar cane on its
10,000 acres.
The interior of my model is
wood framed. The pump house rests (as does the prototype) on a tall poured concrete
based (modeled with styrene sheet and painted sandpaper surface)
