This is a laser cut wood it. "Each kit is made up from what we call the interior box, something all of our kits are designed with". The O scale footprint for Chillery's is 3 5/8" wide by 2 5/8" deep and 7 1/2" tall. banta's website reads that they use industrial lasers for cutting and etching wood

I found banta's windows very difficult to install. I also cut off the sidewalk as I prefer to use my own sidewalks. Wooden canopy and some windows have yet to be installed

Intended for the Waipahu merchant area on my Oahu Sugar Company layout. O scale was chosen for forced perspective (actually more properly called "reduced scale" - forced perspective is something else but the modeling community continues to use the term
incorrectly).
